Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, we gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date under the conditions below.
Exchange Conditions
- The item must be new, unused, and unworn.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and include all original tags and/or accessories.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for an exchange.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with an exchange, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the appropriate exchange instructions.
