Shipping Policy

All orders placed with KK Luxe Co. are processed within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Processing time does not include shipping time. During new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Once your order has been processed, please allow 1–2 weeks for shipping. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. KK Luxe Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

KK Luxe Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, shipping times are determined by the carrier. If your tracking information shows a delay or issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
